What is PoketyPoke?
How many times have you simply forgotten a scheduled conference call or suddenly realized that your call started 5 minutes ago? At least once right? We can solve that embarrassing problem so that it doesn’t happen again.
PoketyPoke - Your Personal Conference Call Manager, built to manage your conference calls so that you never miss another important call or be the one dialing in late. Here’s how it works:
1. Send an email - Forward your conference invite to calls@poketypoke.com It'll be scheduled & confirmed via email.
2. Get Reminded - Receive an alert 5 min prior to your call via email and/or SMS.
3. Get Connected - Voilá! We call you and connect you directly to the conference call.
You no longer need to remember all those different dial in numbers & pin’s. We take care of all of that for you and get you on the call when you are supposed to be there. You can also record your call & have it transcribed into text (coming soon) to share with everyone on the call!
How did PoketyPoke evolve?
The idea was incubated out of Ditech Networks Labs program. Mass frustration plagued most of us with conference calls & remembering all the days, times, different dial in numbers and pin’s. We thought there just had to be a better way to organize and manage conference calls & make the user experience as simple as possible. The groundwork began and after a few months of hard work we are happy to show you PoketyPoke.
