What is PoketyPoke?
PoketyPoke is your personal conference call manager. PoketyPoke was built so that you will never miss another important conference call or be the last one to dial in a few minutes late. PoketyPoke notifies you of your upcoming call 5 minutes before it starts via email and/or sms. When your scheduled conference call starts, it will call you on your registered phone & automatically connect you to join the conference.
How do I schedule a conference call?
After you signup for an account you can forward your conference call invites to calls@poketypoke.com to have your conference automatically added to your calendar or you can login to your account and add the conference call manually.
How many phone numbers can I have in my account?
You can add as many phone numbers to your account as you need.
How many email addresses can I have in my account?
You can add as many emails to your account as you need.
Can I be reminded of my upcoming Conference Call?
Can I have more than one reminder? You can be reminded about your upcoming conference call via email and/or SMS. These reminders can be set up under Default Settings in your account.
Can I change my personal PIN so I can remember it more easily?
Your PIN (personal identification number) can be any four digits you choose. To change your PIN visit the Personal Information section in your account.
How much does the PoketyPoke service cost?
There is no cost to the customer during our private beta.
I missed my conference call from PoketyPoke. What do I do?
PoketyPoke will try to contact you 3 times for your scheduled call. If we are unable to reach you, then you can still get connected to your call by dialing the toll free number (866) 666-8965 and we will automatically connect you to the call.
My call dropped and I need to get back into my conference call? What do I do?
Dial the toll free number (866) 666-8965 and we will connect you to your conference. You may be required and prompted to enter your phone number and/or PIN to identify your account.

Can PoketyPoke handle recurring meetings?
Not at this time. You will need to enter each conference call separately.
Can I use PP in other countries?

What if I dial in from a phone number that PP doesn’t recognize?
If you dial into poketypoke from an unrecognized phone number it will prompt you to enter your registered phone number and PIN to connect to the conference.
What is iCal feed?
iCal feed automatically adds your scheduled conference call details to your calendar application. You must use a calendar that supports the iCalendar Feed (iCal) standard such as Outlook 2007, Google Calendar or Apple iCal. Conferences scheduled in your PoketyPoke calendar will automatically sync so that you do not have to enter the details in both calendars and are automatically kept up to date.
How do I sync my PoketyPoke calendar with my desktop calendar?
Click on the iCal Feed link located on the Calendar page in your account. You will cut/paste the URL listed there into your desktop calendar application. Here are a few examples:
- Microsoft Outlook - Go to Tools -> Accounts Setting -> Internet Calendars & select New -> Paste the URL -> Choose a Display Name & then click OK
- Google Calender - Got to Google Calendar -> Click on Add dropdown button -> Choose add by URL -> Paste URL and click OK.
- Apple iCal - Go to Calendar -> Choose Subscribe -> Paste the URL in the field and click the Subscribe button
